Services available to landlords and our fee’s
At Cloud Homes it is very important to us that we take as much of the stress and hassle away from our landlords as possible.
We do not like to over complicate things and so our fee structure is very simple:
Find Only
Fee – 1 months rent plus VAT
- Marketing of property on our website, Rightmove and Zoopla
- Viewings
- Referencing of tenant(s)
- Setting up of assured shorthold tenancy
- Protecting deposit with the DPS
- Check-in
- Releasing deposit at end of tenancy subject to landlords confirmation
- Inventory
- Updating utility companies and local councils
If you require further assistance once the tenancy has started, we can offer the following additional services:
- Tenancy renewal - £45 including VAT
- Serving of section 21 - £45 including VAT
- Submitting dispute to DPS - £100 including VAT
- Mid tenancy property checks - £50 including VAT
All-inclusive fully managed
Fee – 13% including VAT
This service includes everything, no exclusions!
- Marketing of property on our website, Rightmove and Zoopla
- Viewings
- Referencing of tenant(s)
- Setting up of assured shorthold tenancy
- Inventory
- Protecting deposit with the DPS
- Check-in & check-out
- Releasing deposit at end of tenancy and any negotiations with tenants
- Mid term property checks
- Organising maintenance, cleaning and safety checks with our contractors**
- Tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Serving section 21 when required
- Submitting dispute to the DPS
- Updating utility companies and local councils
- Re-marketing for a new tenant
** We receive no commission from contractors.
