Ina Morris

Lettings Coordinator |

Ina joined Cloud Homes in 2020 and has been a fantastic addition to the team with her friendly and fun personality, her keen eye for detail and great administration skills. Interestingly Ina spent nearly a decade working in journalism before becoming a mum and has since thrown herself into becoming a Triathlon Athlete and Coach! Ina and her family have just undertaken a very exciting 1930’s property renovation and so her interest in property has just got even bigger. Ina will be here to help both landlords and tenants, from the application process through to the general management of our properties.

Julie Mills

Lettings Coordinator |

Julie has been apart of Cloud Homes since day one and there is nothing she does not know about our portfolio of properties, in particular our houses of multiple occupancy. Julie’s career in property started in Spain in 1987 and so her experience is extremely valuable and contributes hugely to the success of our residential portfolio. She has a very keen eye for interiors so often helps our landlords with furnished properties. When she isn’t busy at Cloud Homes she loves keeping active, cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her family and taking on a fun interior design project at home. Julie carries out most of our viewings, check-ins, check-outs and routine property checks and can assist you with all of these processes.

Harvey Mills

Head of Lettings and Management |

Harvey has worked in property sales and lettings for over 30 years. In this time he has built a wealth of experience in property management, sales, lettings, property development and project management. Prior to Cloud Homes he was a director at the property management company Martin and Co. Harvey is responsible for overseeing our student portfolio, growth of our residential portfolio and compliance matters across both.

Gareth Frampton

Head of Operations |

Gareth has worked in property investment since 2010. In this time he has built up a wealth of experience in property management, sales, lettings and finance. Gareth's core focus is ensuring we maintain efficiency within our residential lettings and management portfolio.

Patricia Hakong

Finance Director |

Patricia Hakong is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience in finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the general insurance and financial services sector. Her main areas of focus in the last 15 years have included management, financial and regulatory reporting; risk management; internal audit; catastrophe loss modelling; and capital setting, principally in the Lloyd’s market. She is also an experienced property investor.

Kevin Dickins

CEO |

Kevin has been involved in UK property sales and lettings since 2006. He has been involved in the sale and/or management of property in the majority of UK cities. Kevin has a portfolio of UK buy to let properties throughout the UK including Salisbury, Manchester, Newcastle, Surrey and Nottinghamshire. He is passionate about ensuring investors make property investment decisions to maximise income both through informed acquisition and quality property management.
