5. Changes to the Tenancy Agreement (At Tenant's Request)

A fee of up to £50, or reasonable costs if higher, may be charged to:
- Amend terms in the tenancy agreement (e.g, name change, pet permission, etc)

6. Early Termination of Tenancy (At Tenant's Request)

Tenants may be liable for:
- The actual financial loss incurred by the landlord due to early termination.
- This will not exceed the rent due for the remainder of the tenancy or until a replacement tenant is found.

7. Other Permitted Payments

Tenants are responsible for the following charges, where applicable:

Council Tax – payable to the local authority.
Utilities – Including gas, electricity, water, and other essential services.
TV Licence – where applicable.

- Broadband/Internet
