Would surely recommend her for anyone!

Katie has been an excellent agent. She is responsible, willing to help answer any queries (and in a timely manner), proactive in offering advice and suggestions and in following up to chase after third parties like repairing co., insurance co., etc. Frankly, without her, my property wouldn’t have been managed so well (in particular, I don’t live in the UK and Katie has been extremely reliable, which is very important to an overseas landlord). I really appreciate her professionalism and would surely recommend her for anyone!
